School Holidays are busy times at Kidz Paradise and we are looking forward to entertaining your children these coming school holidays!

With a much higher frequency of care givers and children visiting our centre during this time we would like to use this opportunity to promote our guidelines to safe and happy play (please see our House rules).

​

During the school holidays we are allocating significantly more staff and activities to make sure everyone has a good time. Please note that nevertheless during peak times it might occur that there are longer wait times with regard to the food and coffees and we apologize should this be the case sometime. Also we suggest to order a little bit earlier than you would normally do to make sure you or your little one does not run low on sugar.

For all group bookings or visits we strongly recommend contacting the centre beforehand to pre-order food as this will enable us to plan accordingly and ensure that we can serve in time.

​

With the bigger kids now enjoying good times at Kidz Paradise it will be a lot busier and (noisier;-) than usual, which can at times be overwhelming for younger children. Please ensure that you accompany your little one on the big play equipment during these times and make sure you remind older siblings to be mindful of little people around.

​

Lastly – and very close to our heart – please be careful when arriving and leaving the centre. There is traffic outside the centre and with little ones excited before or after their visit it is crucial that you stay close to them when leaving or going back to your car.

Our House Rules:

• Parental supervision: Children are to be supervised by their care givers, please notify us if there is a situation where you need help. Aggressive behaviour cannot be tolerated, we want to ensure that this is a safe and happy place for everyone.

• Socks must be worn at all times to prevent getting stuck in slides and tubes.

• No climbing on the outsides, netting or walls.

• No bottles or sharp objects please.

• No outside food please (except for baby food or special dietary requirements).

• No food or drink on the equipment please.

• No running in the café area please.

• Toddler area is strictly for children ages 0 - 4 years only.

• Recommended age for big climbing structure: 5 years plus. It is advised that younger children be accompanied by an adult.

• Toilet training Stars: Should your little one not make it to the toilet in time, please let us know immediately so that we can attend to the cleaning without delay.

• Please be aware of traffic outside our centre and make sure you keep your children at arm’s length / close to you when walking from and to your car.
